Parsnip Soup

This half term the children will be making a delicious parsnip soup using some of our giant parsnips harvested from Farfield Farm.  Click here to see the recipe.

    To make the soup, we used carrots, parsnips, onions and celery. We had to squish Mr Garlick in 2 but we are not allowed to tell the real Mr Garlic!!!

    The soup tasted really nice but by the time I got home the bread had gone soggy.

    At the end of the year I hope we get to make cake!

    The Parsnip soup was absolutely delicious also the bread with Parmesan cheese was nice and crunchy.
