Farfield Rhubarb Harvest

We are very lucky to have been given a large number of rhubarb plants from a local farmer a couple of years ago which means that summer term one’s cooking curriculum is heavily rhubarb based!  This year we are cooking rhubarb crumble despite staff complaints that there is no return of last year’s vanilla rhubarb crumb cake and I think the rhubarb may be even bigger this year. Lots of rhubarb will also be taken on Y5 residential.
