During the first half term of the year, children in KS2 made delicious apple pies using apples grown on our farm.
Children in years 3 and 4 used ready made pastry, while children in years 5 and 6 made their own. Due to a problem with our oven at school, we were unable to bake the pies, so children took them home to bake at home. This meant they were able to enjoy them while they were still warm!
